[PEEX 10,015] Fees to accompany applications3

(1) Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Regulations, every application for the grant, renewal or variation of a licence under the Act shall be accompanied by—
  • (a)the appropriate application fee;
  • (b)the fee specified for the grant, renewal or variation of the licence applied for.
(2) If an application under subregulation (1) is refused, the fee lodged in terms of paragraph (b) of that paragraph shall be refunded to the applicant.
